Our team at CAMPS is working closely with Anna Maria College to ensure a safe environment for us to enjoy CAMPS 2021 in-person.
If guidelines change, we will update this page with the most current information. Prior to your arrival at the event, we will email you with a final update about any required policies and expectations related to COVID-19.
Below you will find helpful answers to many frequently asked questions. If you would like to contact someone with a specific question not answered here, please email our team at email@example.com.
If a local mask mandate is in place (state, county, city, facility, etc.), CAMPS will require all attendees to adhere to the applicable mandate.
Prior to arriving at the event, all attendees will be required to complete a health screening form which will be sent to all attendees directly within two weeks prior to the event. The form will include a disclosure of any symptoms related to COVID-19 or recent COVID-19 exposure. Additionally, attendees will be subject to temperature checks required by CAMPS.
CAMPS will not have mandatory testing requirements for COVID-19 in order to attend.
We do not expect to cancel the event. However, if CAMPS needs to cancel due to state regulations or other concerns related to COVID-19, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including the $100 non-refundable registration fee, minus any service charges. We will communicate with you directly as needed regarding any state-specific guidelines or requirements that may affect your state.
